How Long Before We Receive Photos?
After the photo session, portraits will be available for viewing on our website (www.mypizzazzphotos.com) within 3 business days.To view your proofs on our website, students must enter their School ID# in the space provided. or simply scan the QR Code to see your personal portraits on our website (www.mypizzazzphotos.com).

What If We're Not Satisfied?

We make every effort to encourage our customers to give their best look for the occasion. The customer has an opportunity to see and approve his or her portraits, prior to leaving the photo session. If any customer is not satisfied with the quality of their his or her portrait, we will make a reasonable attempt to retake their portrait(s).
