PIZZAZZ PHOTOGRAPHY is committed to providing our customers full satisfaction with our products and services.

 

 

How Long Before We Receive Photos?
After the photo session, it takes approximately 10 business days to deliver hard copy proofs. However, portraits will be available for viewing on our website (www.mypizzazzphotos.com) within 3 business days.To view your proofs on our website, students must enter their School ID# in the space provided. Non-student cleints will receive a password at the time of the photo session.Customers can order packages online anytime, through our website (www.mypizzazzphotos.com). Of course, customers may return the order form, including order payment. Delivery usually occurs within 10-15 business days after completion of order.

 

 

What If We're Not Satisfied?

We make every effort to encourage our customers to give their best look for the occasion. The customer has an opportunity to see and approve his or her portraits, prior to leaving the photo session. If any customer is not satisfied with the quality of their his or her portrait, we will make a reasonable attempt to retake their portrait(s). After delivery of proofs, if the customer is not satisfied with the proof, for any reason, we will schedule another sitting in-studio, at no cost to the customer. The customer must contact us by email, at clay@mypizzazz.com within 3 days of delivery.

 

After delivery of the final product, if the customer is not satisfied with product quality or workmanship, we will reprocess and reissue any photos, at no cost to the customer. The customer must contact us by email, at clay@mypizzazz.com within 10 days of delivery.
